Welcome to Serene Scents, where we offer top quality soy wax products that we hope will bring you to a state of serenity. Our obsession for candles turned into a hobby and now into a business that we are excited to share with you. Our candles are hand made and poured in Queens, New York in small batches.
A Bit About Us
Serene Scents by S and M was started in 2020. Our goal is to bring you amazing scents that will put a smile on your face. As a giveback, every month we have a "giving candle" where we choose a different organization that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to. We do our best to ensure a variety of fantastic items along with unique limited edition and seasonal items.

Do allow candle to burn at least 2 hours upon first use.

Do trim wick to 1/4 inch after each use.

Do allow wax to melt to the edge to avoid tunneling.

Do not leave candle unattended.

Do not keep within reach of children or pets.

Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Store Policy
Shipping
Our processing time is between 1-7 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out with USPS and you will receive tracking information to the email you provided at checkout. At this time we are only providing shipment within the United States.
Returns
We are currently not issuing refunds at this time, exchange only. If there is a problem with your order please contact us at serenescentsbysandm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please note that if a candle has been burned, we will not be able to offer an exchange.
Disclaimer - Items are hand made with all-natural soy products and no additives which can cause wax to look rough after burning. Please keep in mind this does not affect the performance of the candle.
